How is billing handled?
All subscriptions are billed in USDT on-chain (ERC-20 or TRC-20). On signup you receive a unique receive address, send USDT, and your API key is issued automatically once the chain-watcher confirms the payment.
Is there an annual prepay discount?
Yes. Annual prepay receives a 15% discount across all Tier 1 and Tier 2 SKUs. Custom Research is priced per MSA.
What is the difference between Tier 1 (WebSocket) and Tier 2 (HTTP)?
Tier 1 pushes data over WebSocket directly from our Mac signal pipeline at 50ms latency — Bloomberg-grade. Tier 2 serves the same data over HTTP via Supabase Realtime with 200ms latency, suitable for HTTP-native trading systems.
Can I upgrade from Tier 2 to Tier 1 mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrade flow in the dashboard calculates the prorated USDT difference and unlocks WebSocket access immediately on confirmation.
What is the SLA for downtime?
Tier 1: 99.9% uptime, p99 latency < 50ms. Tier 2: 99.5% uptime, p99 latency < 300ms. Tier 3: per MSA. SLA breach credits as USDT refund per /legal/sla.
Are signals exclusive?
No. We sell signal access, not exclusive licensing. Custom Research engagements may include exclusivity windows on bespoke models.
